Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MetaHacks and related services operated under the AI Prompt Hacks brand (collectively, the "Service").

By purchasing, accessing, or using MetaHacks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What MetaHacks Is

MetaHacks is a one-time-purchase AI-assisted deployment system designed to help users convert existing digital products into Meta-native acquisition assets and deployment strategies.

Generated outputs may include:

• Offer positioning
• Hook frameworks
• Funnel copy
• Ad angles
• Meta deployment suggestions
• CTA language
• Creative deployment structures
• Checklists and supporting materials

MetaHacks is intended for informational and operational use only.

2. What MetaHacks Is Not

MetaHacks is not:

• A course
• A coaching program
• A managed marketing service
• A funnel-building agency
• An advertising agency
• A guarantee of revenue, audience growth, profitability, or ad performance

MetaHacks does not:

• Run your ads
• Manage your Meta account
• Build your website
• Guarantee business outcomes
• Guarantee platform approval or compliance

You are solely responsible for how you use the output.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.

By using MetaHacks, you represent that:

• The information you submit is accurate
• You own or have rights to the materials you submit
• Your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and platform policies

4. Payments

All prices are listed in USD. MetaHacks is sold as a one-time purchase.

There are:

• No subscriptions
• No recurring billing
• No automatic renewals

By completing payment, you authorize the charge for the selected product tier. Failure of a payment processor, banking institution, or third-party checkout provider does not create liability for MetaHacks beyond the amount paid.

5. Digital Delivery

Core Deployment outputs are generally delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation.

Operator Bundle assets may be delivered separately via email and may require manual fulfillment.

Delivery times may vary due to:

• System load
• AI processing delays
• Payment verification
• Technical interruptions
• Manual review queues

MetaHacks does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Refund Policy

Because MetaHacks delivers digital goods and AI-generated outputs electronically, all sales are final once generation or delivery has occurred. Refunds are not guaranteed.

If a verified delivery failure occurs, MetaHacks may, at its sole discretion:

• Re-deliver the product
• Provide account assistance
• Issue a partial or full refund

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims may result in revoked access to delivered assets.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

MetaHacks uses AI-assisted systems to generate outputs. You understand and agree that:

• Outputs are generated probabilistically
• Outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or generic content
• Outputs are not legal, financial, tax, advertising, or business advice
• Outputs may resemble content generated for other users
• Output quality depends heavily on user input quality

MetaHacks makes no guarantee that generated outputs will:

• Produce revenue
• Increase conversions
• Improve advertising performance
• Grow audience reach
• Comply with Meta platform rules
• Avoid account restrictions or ad disapproval

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and deploying any generated output.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit.

By submitting content to MetaHacks, you grant MetaHacks a limited, non-exclusive right to process, store, reproduce, and transform submitted content solely for:

• Delivering the Service
• Generating outputs
• Maintaining operational records
• Preventing fraud and abuse
• Providing support

You represent and warrant that your submissions:

• Do not violate laws
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights
• Do not contain unlawful or prohibited material
• Do not violate privacy rights of third parties

You may not submit:

• Illegal content
• Malicious code
• Fraudulent materials
• Sexually explicit unlawful content
• Hate speech
• Violent extremist content
• Content intended to violate advertising platform rules

MetaHacks reserves the right to refuse, remove, or terminate access related to prohibited content.

9. License to Generated Output

Subject to these Terms, MetaHacks grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the generated deployment outputs for your own business and commercial purposes.

You may:

• Modify outputs
• Publish outputs
• Use outputs in advertising
• Use outputs in websites, funnels, or social content
• Adapt outputs for commercial use

You may not:

• Resell MetaHacks itself
• Claim ownership over the underlying Service
• Repackage the Service as your own software platform
• Redistribute restricted Operator Bundle materials

10. Operator Bundle Restrictions

Operator Bundle materials are licensed for your own internal business use only.

You may not:

• Resell bundle materials
• Upload bundle materials to marketplaces
• Redistribute bundle assets publicly
• Share bundle assets as downloadable products
• Rehost bundle materials
• Use bundle materials to create competing products substantially similar to MetaHacks

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass payment systems
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Scrape or automate extraction of outputs
• Abuse generation systems
• Interfere with Service infrastructure
• Submit unlawful or infringing materials
• Use outputs for illegal advertising practices
• Misrepresent MetaHacks as providing guaranteed outcomes

MetaHacks reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for suspected abuse, fraud, or violations.

12. Platform Compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance with:

• Meta advertising policies
• Facebook policies
• Instagram policies
• FTC disclosure rules
• Consumer protection laws
• Intellectual property laws
• Privacy regulations applicable to your business

MetaHacks is not responsible for:

• Ad disapprovals
• Account bans
• Platform restrictions
• Reduced reach
• Content throttling
• Compliance failures

13. No Professional Advice

Nothing provided through MetaHacks constitutes:

• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Tax advice
• Investment advice
• Advertising compliance advice
• Professional consulting services

You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaHacks and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Business interruption
• Advertising losses
• Account restrictions
• Data loss
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Special damages
• Reliance on generated outputs

Total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MetaHacks for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.

15. Service Availability

MetaHacks may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. Features, pricing, workflows, outputs, and fulfillment structures may change.

Temporary downtime, maintenance, AI provider interruptions, or infrastructure failures may occur. No uptime guarantee is provided.

16. Intellectual Property

The MetaHacks brand, system architecture, deployment logic, frameworks, workflows, proprietary materials, and associated branding remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the underlying Service.

17. Privacy

By using MetaHacks, you acknowledge that certain operational data is collected and processed to deliver the Service. Use of the Service is also governed by the MetaHacks Privacy Policy.

18. Termination

MetaHacks reserves the right to:

• Refuse service
• Cancel transactions
• Suspend access
• Revoke licenses
• Deny future purchases

for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct. Termination does not eliminate obligations or restrictions that by nature should survive termination.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction of MetaHacks. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.

20. Changes to These Terms

MetaHacks may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
