Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through MetaHacks and related services operated under the AI Prompt Hacks brand, operated under BrandBoard.

By purchasing MetaHacks, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Product Notice

MetaHacks provides digital products, AI-generated outputs, downloadable materials, and electronically delivered assets. Because delivery occurs digitally and may occur immediately after payment confirmation, all purchases are generally considered final once access, generation, or delivery has occurred.

2. Core Deployment Refunds

The Core Deployment is generated immediately after successful payment confirmation. Due to the instant-access and AI-generated nature of the product:

• Refunds are not guaranteed
• Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for refunds
• Dissatisfaction with generated style, tone, or business outcome does not guarantee a refund
• Failure to achieve business, advertising, or revenue results does not qualify for a refund

Once generation has begun or outputs have been delivered, the transaction is generally considered fulfilled.

3. Operator Bundle Refunds

Operator Bundle materials are digital assets delivered electronically. If the Operator Bundle has already been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or fulfilled, refunds are generally not available.

If a verified delivery issue occurs, MetaHacks may, at its sole discretion:

• Re-deliver the assets
• Provide support assistance
• Issue a partial or full refund

4. Delivery Failures

If you do not receive your purchased materials within the stated delivery window, you must contact support before initiating a payment dispute.

Reasonable efforts will be made to:

• Verify delivery status
• Re-send assets
• Resolve technical issues
• Restore access where applicable

5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of payment disputes, or knowingly false claims may result in:

• Revoked access
• Refusal of future service
• Permanent restriction from MetaHacks products
• Submission of supporting fulfillment evidence to the payment provider

MetaHacks reserves the right to contest chargebacks where fulfillment, access, or delivery can be reasonably demonstrated.

6. Duplicate Purchases

If you believe you were charged multiple times accidentally, contact support immediately. Verified duplicate charges may be corrected or refunded.

7. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a purchase was unauthorized, contact your payment provider immediately and notify support as soon as possible. MetaHacks reserves the right to suspend or revoke access associated with disputed or fraudulent transactions.

8. Technical Issues

Temporary outages, AI generation delays, browser incompatibilities, payment processing interruptions, or third-party service disruptions do not automatically qualify for refunds. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore functionality or complete delivery.

9. UGC Unlock Path

Operator Bundle access granted through approved UGC submissions is non-refundable and provided at the sole discretion of MetaHacks. Submission of UGC content does not guarantee approval or access.

10. No Guaranteed Results

MetaHacks does not guarantee:

• Revenue
• Advertising performance
• Meta reach
• Conversion rates
• Audience growth
• Business success
• Platform approval

Refund eligibility is not based on business outcomes or subjective performance expectations.

11. Policy Updates

MetaHacks may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
