Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of MetaHacks and related services operated under the AI Prompt Hacks brand, operated under BrandBoard.
By using MetaHacks, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this policy may result in:
- Refusal of service
- Suspension of access
- Revocation of licenses
- Removal of content
- Permanent restriction from future purchases
- Reporting to applicable authorities where required
1. Lawful Use Only
You may use MetaHacks only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Promote illegal activity
- Commit fraud or deception
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Violate privacy or publicity rights
- Circumvent platform policies or enforcement systems
You are solely responsible for your conduct and use of generated outputs.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not submit, upload, generate, distribute, or promote content involving:
- Illegal goods or services
- Hate speech
- Violent extremism
- Terrorist content
- Harassment or threats
- Child exploitation material
- Non-consensual explicit content
- Fraudulent schemes
- Malware or malicious code
- Phishing attempts
- Spam operations
- Defamatory content
- Content intended to impersonate individuals or organizations deceptively
MetaHacks reserves the right to remove or reject prohibited content without notice.
3. Advertising and Platform Compliance
You may not use MetaHacks to knowingly create or deploy materials that violate:
- Meta advertising policies
- Facebook policies
- Instagram policies
- FTC regulations
- Consumer protection laws
- Intellectual property laws
- Applicable disclosure requirements
You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated materials before deployment.
MetaHacks is not responsible for:
- Ad disapprovals
- Account restrictions
- Disabled ad accounts
- Reduced distribution
- Enforcement actions by third-party platforms
4. AI Abuse Restrictions
You may not use MetaHacks to:
- Generate unlawful content
- Generate deceptive impersonation materials
- Generate disinformation campaigns
- Mass-produce spam content
- Abuse AI generation systems
- Circumvent usage limitations
- Attempt to manipulate or exploit generation systems
- Test for vulnerabilities or hidden infrastructure
Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or extraction of internal prompts, workflows, or system logic is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property Restrictions
You may not:
- Repackage MetaHacks as your own software or service
- Resell access to MetaHacks
- Redistribute restricted bundle materials
- Rehost proprietary assets
- Sell copied versions of MetaHacks frameworks or systems
- Misrepresent ownership of MetaHacks proprietary materials
Operator Bundle assets are licensed only for your own internal business use.
6. Payment and Access Abuse
You may not:
- Attempt to bypass payment systems
- Use stolen payment methods
- Abuse refund systems
- Submit fraudulent disputes or chargebacks
- Circumvent entitlement systems
- Share paid access in unauthorized ways
MetaHacks reserves the right to revoke access associated with suspicious payment activity.
7. Security Restrictions
You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or infrastructure
- Interfere with platform operation
- Introduce malicious code
- Probe vulnerabilities
- Intercept data transmissions
- Disrupt service availability
- Overload infrastructure intentionally
Any security abuse may result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
8. User Submissions
You are solely responsible for all information you submit. You represent that you have the legal right to submit all content provided through MetaHacks.
You should not submit:
- Sensitive medical information
- Financial account credentials
- Highly confidential regulated data
- Third-party personal information without authorization
MetaHacks reserves the right to reject submissions that create operational, legal, reputational, or compliance risk.
9. UGC Submission Rules
If you submit UGC content for unlock consideration:
- You must own or control the content submitted
- Submitted links must be publicly accessible
- Submission does not guarantee approval
- Unlock decisions remain solely at the discretion of MetaHacks
MetaHacks may reject UGC submissions for any reason.
10. Enforcement Rights
MetaHacks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Monitor usage patterns
- Investigate violations
- Remove content
- Refuse service
- Suspend access
- Revoke licenses
- Restrict future purchases
- Cooperate with legal or regulatory authorities where required
MetaHacks is not obligated to provide prior notice before enforcement actions.
11. No Circumvention
You may not attempt to circumvent:
- Usage restrictions
- Payment requirements
- Access controls
- Licensing limitations
- Delivery systems
- Security systems
Attempted circumvention may result in permanent bans.
12. Changes to This Policy
MetaHacks may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
